Job description

1. Job title: Foreign Teacher

2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly) ;

3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;

4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;

5. 5 working days per week;

6. Working hours per week: max 40 including all teaching hours

Benefits Package

1. Basic salary: 9000RMB—14,000 RMB per month (Non-native speaker); 10,000RMB—16,000 RMB( Native Speaker)

2. Bonus system;

a. Contract completion bonus: 8000 RMB;

b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher

recommendation;

c. Seasonal evaluation bonus: 300RMB to 1,000RMB depending on performance;

d. Overtime pay: 100 RMB per hour for extra teaching;

3. Allowance system

Housing allowance: two options

a: The Employee requests to be provided with good standard of furnished accommodation.

b. The Employee wishes to receive a monthly 1200 RMB per month;

4. Other benefits

a. Visa support: provide legal residence permit;

b. Medical & accident insurance after 1 years

c. Paid holiday: 18 days paid holidays per year

d. Professional training: TEFL in China;

Requirements

1. Native English speaker preferred;

2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;

3. At least 1 year related experience with reference letter;

4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred;

5. 22 to 45 years old.
