15K+English Teachers Needed in Training Center ASAP

Successful candidates will be offered full-time teaching positions with one-year contract.

Candidates can be provided with a working visa and should be ready to start the application process upon acceptance of the position.

Teachers can expect the following:

1. One week shadow/observation/training

2. To have monthly training in the Field pedagogy and methodologies

3. To contribute to curriculum development projects

4. To create lesson plans

5. To provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment.

It is important that our teachers are culturally sensitive and aware

Candidates should:

1. Be a native English speaker or non-native with an excellent command of English

2. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above

3. Be at least 26 years old (government regulations for working visas)

4. Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience (government regulations for working visas)

5. Hold an EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA.

Benefits:

1. Basic Salary ranging from 11,000-16,000 RMB + a teaching hour subsidy payment (salary varies depending on experience, educational qualifications and language proficiency)

2. Pay rise based on performance evaluations every three months

3. Assistance with work visa process and expenses covered by the company

4. All Chinese National holidays and Christmas Day off paid with an additional 3 weeks reduced pay holiday and up to 4 days paid sick leave of 30% of the full salary.
